An overview that includes a. a title for your design, a statement of the purpose of the design, b. a brief description of the learners (refer to article Smith, P. & Ragan, T. (2005). Refer to literature, using APA style 3. An analysis of factors impacting on the design (50%), include: a. Problem (5%) i. It starts with an introduction to the problem or challenge you are addressing ii. This first part need not refer to literature, but should give reader a good sense of the rationale for your ID. b. Context (5%) i. After introducing the problem, analyze the 'context' of the problem ii. Context in my case: I am to conduct a TTT, to train Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to be equipped to train their respective sales representative back in their home country across. Reference literature when analyzing the task (eg source of your taxonomy, approach to objectives writing) 4. A conclusion that indicates next steps in the design process 5.
