Assignment title: Management

You need to follow the requirements in order. Requirements: Section 1 1- Answer the question: Leadership: What sort of Leader am I? 2- What sort of Leader could I become? In this section of the report you should write: 1- Short overview and discussion of what I have learnt about leadership, management and team working. ( you can see the PowerPoint section and talk about it) This discussion should focus on three central questions that I should ask myself on it: 1- What do 'leadership' and 'management' mean? – What are their differences? 2- What sort of a leader am I? (I am of compound between Participative Leadership (Democratic) & Delegative (Laissez-Faire) Leadership. 3- What sort of a leader could I become or would I wish to become? 4- To answer these questions, students should give some thought to the general theory and discussions they have had in the classes, as well as their experience of the practical tasks. 5- This section can be 'academic' or it can be personal – one possibility is that students could write it as a personal reflection on what they have learnt about themselves as leaders, and how they would like to explore the ideas and issues raised in the programme further for themselves. 6- I have to reflect on questions such as 'what is a good leader/manager? 7- 'How does someone learn to become a leader? 8- 'What are the main challenges of leadership?' or perhaps any other questions they may wish to explore on this topic. Section 2: Short reflections: on this part you need to answer all the information and you can see some of my writing below. So you will add it and elaborate more on it. 1- The most interesting and most challenging issues 2- Students may also adopt briefly some elements of the theme of 'globalisation and multiculturalism' in their introductions. "This is you need to give some information and related to the topic" Therefore, in this section students need to say: 1- What topics/issues have interested them the most in the past week? 2- Why are they interested? 3- What have they learnt? 4- What do they want to learn about further relating to these topics? 5- What two topics/issues have they found most challenging? 6- Why are they challenging? Is it because the student is interested, or not interested, in them? 7- What further can the student do to explore these topics to overcome the challenges? This is one of my answer for the reflection part but I need you to correct the grammar and information need be high level and connecting with the report level. As the requested level is post graduated 1- The most interesting and most challenging issues The most interesting person I met during the past days' workshop is Mrs. Wendy Alexander. She is a vice president of Dundee University. She is very professional lady. I like the way of her carry herself. She is very elegant and classy. She look like a leader even before she start her speech. She is very relax, confident and have a great several experience. I like her way of encouraging students to continue their education. She stated that "Education, Education and education" is very important. I enjoy listening to her when she talk about her career bath. I really attracted with her personality, as she gave us one example of her life such as she got the opportunity to be a political personal but she didn't accept that chance due to the refusing she got from her children and husband. As to be political she will be busy all the day and during the vacation. She is a balancing her personal life and career and lead them to success. I also like some quoted from her such as;" Don't be lazy with yourself" and "Think what humanity dignity mean to you". She is very diplomatic with her answers. She is a very passion lady and you can feel it while she talking with us. I was very interesting while listening to her without feel board and I don't want her to stop taking. I learn from her how to be more successful person in both life and work. How to manage your time and improve your knowledge. The first challenging is when I met with the Dr. ……. I didn't interesting with her lecture at all. That because I was expecting high level of knowledge and information. He was talking about very basic information about leadership. Most of student were in the last year of university and post-graduation education. For me personally, I don't felt the information is useful because there were much updated information about leadership and he is using the old version. Moreover, he is teaching us about leadership and the characteristic of leader need to have it. For me as a teacher teach this topic specifically need to be more open and listen the others idea. However, he is a very close mind person and he is stick on his though only. I would suggest that teacher need to know first the level of his audience before give the lecture which that might help him to select the right topic and level. The second challenges is, having one instructor for the whole day. I would suggest to have different instructor or lectures as that will help the student to concentrate and focused more in the lecture…… You can elaborate more on it
