I am working on a practicum project, that is due Monday. My topic is: To formulate and implement a plan of care in a faith-based community: A focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Assignment: 1. Determine your practicum''s project processes and procedures. 2. Address how you would handle applicable compliance and regulatory requirements. 3. identify and develop a plan for securing your practicum project resources (both tangible and intangible). 4. Determine practicum project deliverables. 5.Develop[ an implement plan for your practicum project. The directions are to complete as many activities as possible this week. Provide intext citations and references for all citations according to APA format. Brief information about my project, so you will get a picture of the plan is to have speakers and other nurses who are members of the church to give presentation, we will offer referral information to members and visitors of the Harvest Celebration Church such as mental health, domestic violence etc. I will promote a health fair in May for church members and people of the community. We will also donate supplies, food and money to victims of natural disasters. This project is for graduate level nursing school.
