For this an online APP (application) will also be developed. 1.1 Tag Line Prove yourself , work differently, be your Boss –work from Home 1.2 Logo 2.0 Problem The main purpose of this Business is to provide assistance to the peoples looking for work from home. The main customers for this App will be- • Educated and Skilled Peoples living in Remote and Ruler areas where they are not getting work according to their qualification and Skill. • Young Mothers, who cannot go out or for longer duration to take care of their babies and kids. They were in good jobs in past but at present looking for some work that can be done from home so that along with work they can stay with their kids and they have some earning. • Retired peoples looking for work from home. • Peoples with some other personnel problems like Physical condition, ailing relative or any other problem, desires to work from home. 3.0 Existing Alternatives There are several companies who provide work that can be done from home, such as typing work, Educational assistance, Online Brand Promotion, Software Development, Counselling, Fashion Design Development, Architecture Assistance and several other work can be done from home. Giving work to the peoples to be done from home is also equally profitable to the work providing companies too, as they do not need big office to manage people, their other expenses like electricity bill, food- tea expenses, traveling, phone and several other expenses are saved, most importantly they get skilled person with high quality deliverables and have to pay only when they have work unless not ( Venkatesh. S, Gregory S. C, James .F, 2012). 4.0 Revenue Streams Our start- up Company can also earn through this by- • Getting Commission from the Work providing companies. • Taking commission from the clients like taking some percentage of their charges. • Taking advertisement endorsements. • Taking online revenues on number of clicks. 5.0 Solution As discussed above that there are several work that can be done from home and at present several companies have understood the advantage of giving work to be done from home, only issue is how to aware or give details to the persons seeking for this type of work. As at present we are living in IT Age with Internet has become a regular part of our lives, developing a Mobile App and website for providing such kind of jobs will be remarkable. Most importantly the Internet has wider reach than any other medium at present (Paul. F, 2013). 5.1 App for work from home This App will work like any other normal job site, the interested persons will register on this App about their qualification and skill, there will be jobs and payment criteria be presented. Registered persons can directly apply on jobs, the registered company will pay the amount to the company from where the money will be transferred to the registered persons Bank Account after cutting own commission. The term and policies for commission and other rules will be made sign by the applicant at the registered time only. 6.0 High Level Concept (Minimal viable Product Development) By providing the online App to the customers, the company will get wider reach firstly. Secondly the promotion of the App will help the customers to use this App. In order to develop the App more effective following activities can be performed- • Interviewing the customers for their requirements and providing those facilities to the customers. • Providing a simple and easy to operate App so that persons with limited technical knowledge can also easily use it. • Bring the changes in the application until satisfactory results are not achieved. 7.0 Channel- Path to customers In order to get more customers for the company, following tasks can be performed- • Promoting the App through Google, You tube, Facebook and other media channels. • Sharing the video of the advantages of working from home. • Promoting the App to the work providing companies and aware them about the benefits they can get. • Giving discount and other facilities in comparison to the other similar App ( Terry Kyle, 2012) 8.0 Key Metrics • The number of connected Customers. • The number of associated companies. • The number of clicks per day. • The number of assignments provided. • The advertisement Endorsement. 9.0 Cost Structure Fixed Cost- Cost of building rent, Salary of personnel and other monthly expenses to be paid. Variable Cost- Electricity Bill, Food and tea expense, travelling expense, Internet cost, Maintenance cost and other expenses. 10.0 Unfair Advantage Providing the Secure login Dashboard system, so that the work opportunities and customer details cannot be copied or replaced ( Harry .S, 2010) Conclusion Above was a simple approach to present the Business start-up Idea for App providing work from home according to the limited student level knowledge?
