Remember that the output of this exercise must be included in an appendix to your mini-project. In addition to the general briefing, some of the following prompt questions may be helpful (feel free to replace them with your own). Considering the case discussion for the preceding short exercises:  Which dimensions and elements of aims do you use to capture the characteristics of the actual aims of those parties involved in the collaborative situation?  Are there any episodes distinctive in the process of negotiating purpose?  What are the lessons for practice that have emerged for you from working with the particular material on managing aims?  What lessons for theory could be drawn from the case discussion?
