This coaching discussion can be over the phone or in person. • Plan to play the role of the manager and prepare feedback for an employee who might have a small gap between their expected and demonstrated level of performance. The assessment will be considered when determining the grade for this assignment. Scenario Sam is an enthusiastic sales representative for your company with good customer relations skills. However, his presentation skills are not as strong as they could be.
