This assignment is a case study style assignment, need to focus on the following criteria. This requirements and refference requirements can be also viewed in the documents attached. Assignments will be marked on the following criteria: (a) Knowledge and research of the assignment topics; (b) The identification, explanation, analysis and application of the legal principles that may apply; (c) Identification of the relevant law, legal issues, development of argument and application of facts to the relevant law; (d) Conclusions reached and whether they follow logically from the argument put; (e) Conciseness of presentation, spelling and clarity of expression and: (f) Whether the student has followed the "How Do I Reference for Law" document posted under the "Assignments" tab on Blackboard; (g) Grammar & punctuation; and (h) The degree of independent thought exhibited by the student.
