Case study Mr. Frank Hardy has been in hospital for three (3) days. He was admitted because of high blood pressure (hypertension) and a possible stroke (cerebrovascular accident). After further investigations during his admission, it has been identified that Mr. Hardy has had a cerebrovascular accident affecting his left side.
