You have to prepare the Annual Report and the Financial Statements of a new company, The E-Reader World. The company was created by three IE students in January 2015. The business has two main activities: repairing and selling e-readers. The e-readers are electronic devices designed for reading digital books and periodicals with an electronic ink display. See below the basic information about the requirements of the project. The information for all the transactions done by the company during the year 2015 will be distributed according to the timetable below. The information is provided quarterly. Required: 1. Prepare the necessary journal entries for all transactions; 2. Create the T-accounts for 2015 transactions; 3. Prepare the 2015 Quarterly Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement); 4. Prepare the 2015 ANNUAL REPORT of “The E-reader World” with all the necessary accompanying notes explaining the accounting policies used.
