You will need to base your research report on the following continuing scenario; Scenario (Part II): Congratulations! The bank has approved your business concept but will still need you to report on an Internal and External Analysis as well as some strategies that will reinforce your success in achieving your objectives and gaining competitive advantages. Your report should convince the Bank that your business proposal will be successful in order for the Bank to give you the loan amount you require to start up your new business venture. The bank has requested from you to submit a brief report covering the below requirements; 1- Organizational Chart 2- SWOT Analysis 3- Industry Analysis (Porter’s 5 Forces) 4- Strategies to gain competitive advantages a. Porter’s Generic Strategies, and b. Any other strategy learnt from Chapter 8 c. Any other strategy learnt from other subjects (optional) The report must be professionally produced (i.e. typed double-line spaced, 12 point Arial font with footer and margin, stapled. It can contain charts, tables, diagrams; however all company material MUST be referenced in accordance with the Harvard Reference style as taught in BABC001. A minimum total of 4 references must be used, 2 of which must be academic references (i.e. Published textbooks, Published academic journals).
