You should discuss the following: • Components of successful personal learning experience. • Your training and development process. • Who is responsible for your training and development? • The individual development planning process. • Cost-effective methods for your training and development. • Training and learning. Task 2: LO3.2 Discuss your development activities as planned in your development plan you created for Assignment 2 (350 Words). You should also include the following in your discussion: • Your learning style and the different types of learning styles. • The impact of your learning style and the interaction with others. • Learning from others through formal learning and training, observation, tutorials and team members. Opportunity for Distinction (D2) You need to provide evidence that you have been working towards your development plan by demonstrating that your aims and objectives have been or are being met.   Task 3: LO3.3 Critically reflect on your own learning against original aims and objectives you set in your development plan (350 Words).
