This organization has an existing structure and is requesting a re-design of its architecture to better meet its strategic and operating goals. Present a detailed business case for the re-design of an organization's enterprise architecture. Describe the business, real or simulated, for which you will design an enterprise architecture. Thoroughly identify, describe and discuss the business, technical, and strategic requirements. Include a discussion of the operating model of your selected organization. Include a description of the enterprise before your architecture design, the final revised architecture design, and a gap analysis that details the differences between the two. This includes both detailed models and supporting discussion Include a discussion of the enterprise architecture maturity level of your organization before and after the re-design Explain in detail the benefits the organization has gained from the architecture re-design Research Paper is expected to be 15 pages not including cover, abstract, table of contents or references.
