WOW Case study
NB The questions on the case study are not part of this report - see marking rubric, collaborate session and information below.
You should look at this case study early and often, particularly from Week 5 when your CASA4 work will be based upon this case. From the work you should now be aware that you are going to identify a management problem related to the FoM, put forward some critical discussions on the problem which refer to the literature (your research on management theory/s and concepts), and draw some conclusions including management recommendations.
A detailed rubric is provided below and will be used to guide the assessment level of your work on each of the four criteria. The structure of the report and word count are accounted for in the last criterion of the rubric.
Structure
This report structure is a guide as what to include:
Cover page - GU process when entering the submission point
1.Title page
2.Executive Summary
3.Table of Contents
4.Introduction
5.Management Problem Identification
6.Body / Discussion (this is where the argument/critical evaluation is developed and use of relevant sub headings is appropriate)
◦Section 1
◦Section 2
◦Section 3 (these sections are up to you and your critical analysis of concepts and theories)
1.Conclusion
2.Recommendations
3.References (not included in word count)
Please note section 6 would potentially have several sections each with a header reflecting the relevant content
Other resources to help with structure include GBS resources (LHS of unit site); GU library workshops and sample assignments
