Assignment requirements This unit has three assignments to enable students to practise and apply the study skills taught in this unit. As with all units in this course, students are required to submit all assignments. Ensure you keep a copy of all material submitted. Three academic articles relevant to the topic identified 2. Quality of each of the articles meets Brick’s (2011) five tests 3. Reference list is arranged in alphabetical order 4. Reference list is correctly formatted in APA 6 style 5. Notes written on one article include context of the article’s argument, core ideas, brief definitions of key words, and comment on the article’s relevance to the topic. 6. Evidence of familiarity with relevant literature and theory Presentation 7. Notes within 10% of required word length (500 words) Referencing 8. In-text referencing guidelines followed as specified in the Academic Skills Guide, and if not covered in the ASG then by the APA convention (6th edition) 9.
