Evidencecriteria (EC): To achieve a satisfactory response for this subtask you the candidate will need to:
EC 1. write a report that summarises all the work you have achieved in subtasks 1.1- 1.4
EC 2. these descriptions must be accurate
EC 3. the report must each be approximately 500 words in length
EC 4. the report must word processed and conform to the style requirements provided in the portfolio requirements
EC 5. send the report by email to your Director of Operations (your assessor)
EC 6. use the feedback provided to modify your report
EC 7. this modification be relevant to the comments provided by the Director of Operations.
Task 2: Review marketing performance
In this task you will review the work that was done by acolleague in the A & A simulation for the following courses:
•BSBMKG507 Interpret market trends and developments
•BSBMKG501 Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities
The work that was done in these units is to be used in this review of marketing performance. The rationale here is that the outcomes achieved in both these units are in effect, A and A's marketing initiatives.
In addition to the failed previous marketing initiatives of A & Aas listed in the SIMRA report, you will generate an understanding of the marketing performance of the organisation.
