Homeworking Homeworking is an increasing trend amongst Australian workers with many employees spending at least a day per week working from home. However, more traditional managers have expressed concerns that employees who are not physically present in the workplace are not really working. Point A (student one) requires you to write a discussion on the benefits of homeworking for the employee, management and the organisation. Point B (student two) requires you to write a discussion on the negatives associated with homeworking for the employee, management and the organisation. As part of your discussion also introduce your views on the topic of homeworking and why you believe you hold these views.
