Lecturers direction : The purpose of this intensive course is to build awareness of how managing the internal market is essential for successful marketing strategies.  We will look at various approaches to managing the internal market, looking through three lenses - the individual, employees and the organization holistically.   As the unit is taught intensively, we will break up each day into content, interactive exercises and guest speakers.  We will all share our experiences of issues that relate to the internal market and examine how best to overcome these.   I am attaching a sample reflective esssay from different course to give an idea. .
