(Krysta) Team members must complete individual parts to the assignment on time, if unable to fulfill this obligation; enough time must be given to the team to ensure that the assignment is complete. Team members should participate, and communicate for the assignment, and ask for help when needed. (Jeanette) I agree with Krysta 100% if unable to complete your portion; please let the lead know a.s.a.p. Communication is the upmost importance in a team; I know we have lives but consideration for the team comes a long way. Expectations for Time Management and Involvement (Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.) (Krysta) All team members must participate in the assignment, and have clear and concise communications. Respond to the team threads, and if any problems occur, let the team know. (Jeanette) I agree with Krysta being clear in your post is important. Managing your time wisely is important and letting the team be aware of your accessibility. Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts between team members? (Krysta) If a conflict arises, verbal communication will be used to address the problem. We must all be respectful of each other ideas and views, and as adults we should be able to work out any tension within the group. If though however we cannot work out the issue, we will speak with the instructor. (Jeanette) Krysta is 100% right being respectful to each other’s needs and remember everyone has different techniques. Special Considerations What do you, as a team, agree will make this team experience different from past team experiences? (Krysta) I think good communication will make this experience different from others. Make sure that all team members are aware of the assignment and their parts. Communication is key. (Jeanette) Giving each other good insight of where they stand with assignment. Everyone should voice there opinions respectfully and teach each other. .
