Your business model should clearly show how the business idea proposed in the business plan can be sustainable and how it can generate income. Value Propositions The offer of the company. Features that give to the company a competitive advantage and the visibility in the market, making possible to stand out from competitors. Distribution Channels Ways to deliver value to customers, paying attention to the different moments of interaction. Customer Relationships Ways of interacting with target customers in order to create value. Preferences of the target audience to be reached. Revenue Streams Sources of money that can sustain the business model and typologies of such sources. Financial prospective related to the revenues and sales chapter. Key Resources Distinctive resources at disposition of the company to produce a competitive advantage and the value propositions. Key Activities Vital processes to manage key resources and create value propositions. Detailed indication of the most important company activities. Key Partnership Strategic alliances and partners necessary to create value for the customers and to have access to resources and competences. Cost Structure Structure of costs necessary to create the value propositions indicated. Detailed indications and forecasts of the main types of cost for the company. Financial prospective related to the cost chapter, including a break-even analysis. This assessment element is to be submitted to Turnitin.
