Student does not demonstrate how the activity was applied to their life. Good description of the exercise completed. Provide an adequate overview of the activity and some information on how you applied it to your life. Excellent description of the exercise chosen. Provide detailed steps of the activity and significant detail on how you applied it in your life. 2. Thoughtful reflection on what you learned by completing the exercise and how it made you feel. (35%, approx. 2-3 pages) Reflection does not demonstrate depth or thoughtfulness into how the exercise made the student feel or what they learned. Reflection demonstrates that the student has some insight into how the activity has impacted their feelings and learning. Student demonstrates exceptional insight into themselves and what they learned. Student explores their feelings and learning in depth. 3. Link your activity and reflection back to classroom learning or other academic sources on Positive Psychology. (35%, approx. 2-3 pages) Student does not link the activity to any concepts learned from the class material or other research.
