I have attached a project brief with which you have to write a research report on topic to examine the relationship between leadership styles and employee turnover intentions which will include

- An introduction (know the difference between an exec summary and an introduction)
- A literature review
- statement of the problem and hypothesis
- statement and analysis of results
- suggestions and recommendations
- conclusion
- references
The quality
of writing, the format and the ease of reading will be considered in your mark. Also considered will
be the quality of your literature review, an understanding of the strengths and limits or your
methodology, your capacity to analyse data and the relationship between the analysis and the
recommendations. In other words, you must derive your recommendations from your report in
some way.

Preparation
Before starting this assignment, you should have conducted background reading relevant to the
unit and to the topic and, as a minimum, attended the seminars and completed the required
reading for each week. Students are responsible for identifying and securing their own
organisations to conduct research into for the purposes of this project.
