You work as an HR manager for an organisation whose CEO thinks “HR is the same as personnel management”. Your line manager (the HR Director) has asked you to educate your CEO on what HR actually entails. Create five slides in PowerPoint, with accompanying notes, setting out the content that you would cover in your presentation. Your slides and notes must be appropriately cited.
