Watson computers, an IBM initiative which works on the bases of AI, is a cognitive system that combines artificial intelligence and sophisticated software for optimal performance. Watson solves a problem by interacting with user in the natural language and receives required response to the problem. Some of the major challenges faced by the company are: ● Lot of time consumed to complete a legal task ● Competition faced by the top law competitors in Ireland ● Difficult to handle huge amount of legal data ● Ability to manage technical complexity ● Missing of regular updates from the Government Our idea is to solve the problems faced by the firm by feeding the legal information and the data used by Holmes Solicitors to the Watson Computer. This will help solicitors: ● Come up with legal solutions to its clients in a much quicker and efficient way ● Gain a competitive advantage in the market ● Keyword, cognitive content based data analysis ● Integrate regular legal updates to the system.
