Assignment instructions : You are required to research and prepare a poster which highlights of topics: “Social network and recruitment strategy.” You must research the current state of that topic as it relates to recruitment, selection and retention. Your assignment must clearly: • Define the topic, • Explain why it is important to recruitment, selection and retention and, • Discuss the implications to organizations You may also wish to provide anything that may be interesting to the audience. To help ensure you have considered the latest knowledge in this field; you must use a minimum of 15 relevant and up-to-date academic journal articles or classical (important and fundamental) articles to research your chosen topic. Ensure the majority of articles are published in 2011 or onwards from journals and books. The purpose of this assignment is to investigate your chosen topic in depth. The design/format of the poster is up to you but keep in mind that a poster should be interesting, informative and creative to catch the attention of the reader, present information succinctly and most importantly is able to convey its main/important message.
