Closing Gala Dinner
On Thursday, October 14 to Friday, October 15, 2016, the National Congress of Australian First People will host a conference to be held at the Parliament House Sydney, located at 6 Macquarie St, Sydney NSW 2000, 7 minutes walking distance from the Intercontinental Hotel. The reason why this place has been chosen for this event is definitely that the house of parliament also participates in this type of activities and is a place where aborigines also feel comfortable. (see image1)
On Thursday, October 14, a motivational conference will be held in which 200 aborigines and islanders from the Strait of Torres will attend, Along with 12 delegates from the national congress of Australian first people. The conference will take place on the ground floor because with its large space offers a good comfort for those who attend can enjoy good canapés and soft drinks. The main objective of this meeting is to give the Opportunity to the attendees who Can share a space to celebrate the good year elapsed and just as they can feel a relaxed.
The conference will have a duration of hours and therefore end at 9 pm that same Thursday. In which there will also be a theme for the guests to participate and the conference takes a less formal. Because it is an event scheduled for two days guests have been offered to stay at the continental hotel. It is located a few blocks from the house of parliament, which will not require means of transport unless they request it.
Friday, October 15, 2016, will be the second day of this meeting between the national congress of Australia first people and aborigines. A short speech will be given before the gala dinner, which will last for 10 years, will be given by the delegate of the national congress to gratify and recognize the culture and community that makes this national congress of Australia first people and aborigines. People will proceed to the Strangers' Dining Room & Lounge where they will start at 8:30 pm.
The theme of the night will be very aboriginal colors, yellow with red giving a feeling of orange without losing its definition and a dark blue giving a sensation of night and also representing the Australian flag.(see image 2) 26 tables will be set throughout the room so that space is left to place a small space for a stage and who will give a speech in the middle of the night. The tables will be covered by completely black tablecloths with a center of the table a tree of not more than 40 cm of height without leaves.10 people per table giving space to more than 260 invited guests including congressmen from the House of Parliament. Spotlight around the room of colors dark blue and yellow with red giving the sensation of an arid zone. (See image 3)

(9:05pm) -Is given order for the first plate of the night (the entrance)
(9:15pm to 9:25) - Motivational speech by player Adam Goodes
(9:25pm) - Is given order for the main course of the evening
(9:30pm to 10:00 pm) - The auction organized for the guests
(9:50pm) - The dessert is served
(10:10pm to 10:20pm) - Aboriginal singing performed by one of the guests
(10:30pm to 11:00pm) - The second part of the auction
