However, there exist many serious legal and ethical issues related to the use of DNA profiling across the world. These include, but are not limited to, the lack of regulations for its use, invasion of serious privacy issues such revealing medical conditions, misuse of data and falsely accused of a crime. Opponents of the adopting of nationwide DNA profiling argue that having criminal record will create the serious impact on the rest of the victim’s life.
