While working on collaborative project to improve community health provision or services, demonstrate that you can make checks on your organisation’s intellectual property to ensure that it is protected. If intangible assets are not protected by the relevant IP rights, show that you can take steps to rectify this. 2. During a collaborative process, show that you can align your personal work philosophies with those of your organisation, and demonstrate appropriate behaviours to complete assigned tasks on time and to a high standard. 3. Establish a collaborative team, comprising of individuals from inside or outside your organisation, to overcome a community or health problem that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to solve alone. Discuss the benefits of collaborating with your team, referring to specific advantages of choosing to work together (you may need to source and use evidence to support the benefits of collaborating). 4. While working as part of a collaborative team in your community, show that you can identify and overcome blockers/problems that threaten to prevent you from delivering usual services to community members. 5. Following a completed collaborative project, carry out an evaluation of your own performance and identify any skills, abilities or knowledge that need to be improved in order to be more effective in future collaborative efforts.
