Assessment Task 3 Product Licensing and Presentation Instructions to Student:- You must identify a product suitable for offshore licensing, complete a feasibility study and present a report to a group (or simulated group) of business investors. As part of the presentation, candidates will need to seek feedback on the business opportunity they have presented. You are required to provide a supporting document for the presentation that contains: • the research undertaken to investigate the business opportunity • the sources of information that were accessed • a risk review of the business opportunity • an analysis of their own skills, referenced against the business opportunity • the summary findings of all research • a viability decision regarding the business opportunity. You are required to: 1. Identify the product chosen, explain why the identified product has been chosen and who owns the intellectual property of the product. 2. Develop a PowerPoint presentation and a report describing: a) the product and how it was chosen b) the research undertaken to investigate the business opportunity, including relevant legislation c) the sources of information that were accessed d) a risk review of the business opportunity e) an analysis of their own skills, referenced against the business opportunity f) a summary of findings (research) g) a viability decision regarding the business opportunity.   3. Deliver the presentation (10 minutes duration) and make available your printed report for review. 4. Offer an opportunity for feedback or clarification on the business opportunity presented.
