This section is based on the case study, "Cases 3.2: Real-World Case: Wipro and MBH" on page 84 of your textbook.

As an external consultant, you have been hired by the organization to evaluate the whole situation and present your evaluation in business report format to the CEO.

You have been asked to use the format given in the file "AnalysingCaseStudy.docx". Using the knowledge covered in Module 1-3 and supplemented by at least 4 academically sound external sources:

1. Your report should address and discuss the following: a. Compare the two organizations (Wipro & MBH) in terms of their business

operations and activities. b. Document the reasons and the objective for the appropriateness for evaluating

self-service implementations. c. Describe the process and compare how much each company had to change to implement self-service implementation. In your description discuss what

would have been some of the drivers for modifying the existing business processes in the two organisations. d. Discuss the situation with justifications, what would happen to the self-service

implementation at MBH if the company decided to adopt the SOA model? e. In your conclusion discuss the aspects of the self-service implementation that could have been better implemented or handled to minimise the reported

issues. 2. Your report should be succinct and clear to the point addressing the above points precisely.

NOTE: You should restrict your report only to topics covered in Chapters 1- 4 and not

extend it to cover the full implementation process. Length: 1500 words.SAP exercise

Complete the SAP exercise as directed in tutorials 3-5. For this assignment provide evidence of having done this exercise. Use a Word document as described at the start of this specification. Describe your personal experience of having used SAP (the product), as well as having used an ERP system (the philosophy), and what you have learned from it. This is a personal reflection, and it is expected that every student would describe this differently.

You may wish to include positive experiences and describe how they impacted your expectation of what an ERP system/SAP would be like.

You may wish to include negative experiences, such as confusion as what is the next step in the process and describing how this affected you learning, or a step you might have missed and

how you resolved the issue that resulted from that. You can include print screens and describe particular sections.
