Throughout the semester the importance of the leader's self awareness has been

emphasized. Write a report that summarises your own findings, identifies your preferred leadership style and identifies strategies to address any deficiencies you may have impeding

you from becoming that type of leader. Your answer should be based on leadership theory

and the questionnaires you and others completed during the semester

Assessment 3 Due date: Presentations will be conducted in the final session Week 14.

Marks: 25% Format: Presentation 10 mins duration

Select two leaders, one political and the other entrepreneurial. Analyse their leadership style and identify any differences. Your presentations should extend beyond leadership theory to concepts of values, ethics and leading change.

You will be assessed on creativity, content and presentation noting that presentation skills are an important aspect of effective leadership.
