Questions 1: The 195 parties gathered for the COP21 Climate Conference unanimously adopted the document which had been submitted on 12 November 2015 in Paris. This Paris Agreement aims to reduce global warming to "well below the 2°C" which had initially been proposed. Define the circular economy and discuss its objectives.

Questions 2: The conference is crucial because the expected outcome is a new international agreement on climate change, applicable to all, to keep global warming below 2°C. Explain why 2°C.

Questions 3: The French government set itself the objective of ensuring maximum quality of life and work for participants, while being exemplary in terms of sustainable development, by reusing, recycling and by using as little energy as possible. Discuss this strategy.

2- Is the strategy in line with organization's environmental inputs? Are the transformation process (the key tasks, the formal organization, the informal organization, and the key individuals) all aligned well with your organization's strategy? How do they interact to produce the outputs?

3- When you evaluate your organization's outputs at the organizational, group, and individual levels, do you see anything that might identify issues that your organization should address?

4- Are there some aspects of how your organization works that you have difficulty understanding? If so, identify the resources you can access to help this analysis.
