hope you could to help me in doing my project MATLAB m file.

I need to simulate an imaging modality (CT) computed tomography using a tissue phantom of your choice then I must present my results in laboratory report format.

For CT simulations, I would like you to use a cone beam and change cone angle,change number of projections, try backprojection with and without filter, For Shepp-Logan phantom you may use http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/32925-ct-projection-simulator

Answer the following questions, please.

1) What type of tissue phantoms that used in the simulation? because I suggested to use Shepp_Logan phantom but I didn't see it.

2) Did you use a cone beam CT in simulation? at what angle ? Did you change the cone angle through the simulation ? What is the new angle?

3) How many projection that used in simulation? Did you change the no. of projections through simulation? What is the new no. of projections? 4) Did you use backprojection with filter? then did you use backprojection without filter?
