Assignment title: Information

Question Development of UWB Data Communication between two Devices.

Q There are 3 written reports ,software and hardware for this Project which is Project progression initial work schedule and estimated cost due on 14th Nov2014.Second is Interim Report due on 20th Feb 2015 and Final report is due on 1stMay 2015 Therefore, I have attached project guideline with this mail."The system could be of various uses depending on the requirements. The project involves channel measurement, Bmodulation and demodulation techniques. It aims low complexity, low cost and high speed connectivity. UWB transmitter/receiver device available in the lab can be used for test and measurement." i spoke to my supervisor he said there is no need for hardware requirements for my project. only software using as matlab to simulate high rate UWB transmission , consideration transmitter , channel receiving using matlab.

here is my project Aim, objectives, scope , expected outcome. Aim

To understand channel measurement , modulation and demodulation techniques of UWB signal. it aims low complexity, low cost and high speed connectivity.

Objectives -Understanding of UWB technology for high data rate communication . -Simulation of a high rate UWB transmission , consideration transmitter, channel receiving using matlab.

-Study of channel modeling method such as S.V model. Scope

UWB technology for high rate indoor communication . Test the project.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any quires. ====

Develop and be able to demonstrate an in-depth technical understanding of a chosen technical subject.  Apply and integrate a range of the knowledge and skills acquired in the course being

followed to real engineering problems or to models / simulations of real problems.

 Gain knowledge and demonstrate skills in the areas of project planning and management (definition, planning tools, feasibility, organisation, budgeting,

implementation, analysis, reporting, etc.).  Knowledge and skills will also be gained/developed in appropriate areas of research, design, construction, evaluation, testing, recording work, data analysis and precision,

solving non-routine problems, objective thinking, creative/innovative thinking,

working under various constraints, teamwork and safe working practices.  Development of formal report writing skills, oral reporting skills, public speaking skills and IT skills
