Develop a program that implements the discrete Fourier and cosine transforms and verify (experimentally) the basic properties such as Convolution, Auto-correlation, Perceval, Probability Distribution of Fourier Coefficients of these transforms. Develop a program for computing the fast discrete Fourier transform.
