Project Content
What is the specific nature of this project?
Mobile food truck service with Burishi (fusion of Mexican and Japanese)
Burishi is a large sushi with burrito filling
The exact idea was not portrayed very clearly leaving a bit of confusion around the exact
purpose of the project.
How and why has the project been initiated?
Popular industry
Cheap/cost effective
Increased regulations surrounding the industry
Melbourne is a multi-cultural City, why not fuse two cultures together!
Sushi is too expensive for its size
What is the project trying to achieve?
Enter into the food truck market and bring the Bruishi to Melbourne by mixing two
cultures together. Also trying to fill the gap in the market by revolutionising the
sushi/burrito industries
What are the main project objectives? Are they SMART objectives? Why/Why not?
The objectives offered by the team weren't smart as they weren't realistic and too
complex. The figures included in them were not true to what they would be in the real
world if the project was to come to fruition. They were also a little too long, combining too
many things into the one objective.
