hope you could to help me in doing my project MATLAB m file. I need to simulate an imaging modality (CT) computed tomography using a tissue phantom of your choice then I must present my results in laboratory report format.

For CT simulations, I would like you to use a cone beam and change cone angle,change number of projections, try backprojection with and without filter, For Shepp-Logan phantom you may use http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/32925-ct-projection-simulator
