For this assignment you are required to provide, and discuss, a list of stakeholder management responses that the organisation can undertake to resolve the issue. Additionally, you are required to suggest monitoring and control mechanisms. In discussing your suggested stakeholder management responses, it is important that you focus on the following: • How can the organisation 'motivate' change, both internally for its departments and employees, and externally for its stakeholders? • What communication strategies can be undertaken to improve stakeholder relationships? Where are current communication breakdowns occurring? What policies and approaches can be updated to enhance current operations? • Is the organisational structure of the focal firm appropriate? Does it require a new configuration to more adequately cater to its stakeholders? What might a more appropriate structure look like? How could a new organisational design be managed more effectively than the current one? The ultimate aim of the report is to provide the company with a list of considered suggestions, referencing relevant theories and empirical research, that the company can implement to resolve the issue facing them (or enhance growth). In discussing these points above you are expected to reference appropriate theoretical and empirical literature that will likely extend beyond the readings discussed in the unit.
