Assignment 2 ** could use company that has lots of info available on website e.g. John Lewis, Tesco, McDonalds Activity 1 - 2.1 3 x Forces - Related to 1xModel or theory which shapes HR agenda (examples and disadvantages of changes etc.) E.g. ⁃Globalisation ⁃Demographics - discuss how work force is getting older, does this affect peoples motivation (motivations could be pay, training for younger OR pension for older people?) ⁃Technology - remote working, huge talent pool (better chance of getting the right person rather than a local person), Glass door app, looking through peoples social media profiles, is it ethical for an employer to do this?
