The case must be no longer than 10 pages (excluding the exhibits), 12 pt. font, double-spaced. Longer than 10 pages will be penalized. Late assignments will not be accepted except for extreme extenuating circumstances discussed well before the due date with the instructor.
Thoughts to consider while analyzing the case:
1. Review the alternative growth strategies for Nyassa, in terms of pricing, packaging, promotion, B2B vs B2C, global vs India, etc. Consider:
1. What could be the appropriate pricing strategy for the anticipated revolutionary product that would mark Nyassa’s foray into the ultra-premium segment? 

2. Could reusable packaging act as an enabler of a price premium for Nyassa?
3. Would it be prudent for Nyassa to attempt to swap the business share (65:35) of its two target 
segments of customers, i.e., retail and corporate?
