PART is mainly identified as the most successful organization related to the media domain. It is situated in Sultanate of Oman under the supervision of government. The different websites related to PART are OMAN TV, OMAN SPORT, OMAN RADIO, AL SHABAB RADIO, and QURAN RADIO. The government designed various policies and structure to look forward for the improvement of PART. To promote the programs and to make a suitable communication, wide range of programs are designed by the organization. But even after this planning and strategy, the organization is facing some external and internal issues on the wide level. To identify and manage the issues, this particular report is designed (Public Authority for Radio and Television, 2016). The major sections which are covered through this report are identification of issues, impact of issues on various aspects in which different sub sections are also analyzed, theories and models used to solve the issues, limitations of discussion and conclusion. The cost of establishing a television channel at least $ 100,000 a year for a simple channel specifications and up to $ 8 million for professional channels or more annually Channel need for several animators, directors, production quotas and the number of programs and there are channels produces movies and serials huge operating costs .. 24/24 content of the renewed and surprising that some channels are not known and does not have great views but they spend a lot of money.  Identification of Issues It is defined above, that there are various subsidiaries, related to the existing news channel. Impact on Strategy The strategies are identified as the supporting aspect to manage the suitable flow of process in the organization. The PART is identified as one of the major media related company of the Oman, so it is essential to focus on the most appropriate aspects related to the strategy. The strategic management can be analyzed on the basis of macroenvironmental factors, business strategy and other environmental aspects. In Oman, the organization is capable of doing a suitable trade and viewers are also there to promote the business aspects. But, due to the lack support of financer, the coordinated approach is getting failed in all the respects. The unavailability of data on the internet is also identified as one of the limitation to the organization. The studies can’t get success until and unless the supporting documents are not available on the internet as a secondary source of information. The website of PART is successful in delivering various streams of specialization, but lacks in providing suitable documents for suitable analyses. The promotional aspects are lacking due to which the space for the new ventures will not get introduced. For introducing the new venture, the promotional aspects should be well determined and coordinated. Apart from this, there are various aspects too which are defined for performing the suitable research in the correct direction. Beneficiaries of Study The report and research related to the PART is completely helpful in determining the various aspects. This may also help in achieving serious business objectives. The main beneficiaries of this study are that it is successful in defining major issues on a large level. After this, the appropriate areas which are affected are also identified widely. By considering the impacts, proper analysis can be done. In the next step, the suitable solutions need to be identified which may help in providing the suitable solutions in all the respects.
