Please explain the figures in this file and if you can write up a methodology section because it is for my dissertation I need 2500 words Result1000 to 1500 or more words A small discussion 500 words A small conclusion 500 words No references thanks   Final design parts: The material is aluminium 6061 t6 acceleration pedal clutch pedal brake pedal chassis side Final design assembly: Dimension figures: These figures to help you explain the pedals Accelerator dimensions: clutch dimensions: brake dimensions Chassis dimensions Pedal Box rules The pedal box is bolted to floor rails which are welded to the chassis, and its position must be adjustable towards and away from the cockpit to allow for different sized drivers. The pedal box consists of an acceleration pedal, a brake pedal and a clutch pedal. All the pedals act mechanically, although the brake lines, clutch cable and accelerator cable are not part of the pedal box project, which means co-operation with whoever is working on these components of the car will be needed. The pedal box must be as light as it can be while also being reasonably strong. Bounding Box 260×140×250mm (width × depth × height) Bolt Holes Spaced every 15mm down the left and right side of the pedal box (an example of this can be seen on the old car in the Mechanics workshop). Pedal Distance from Driver Refer to Fig.6 taken from pg.33 of the rule book Pedal Position and Actuation Accelerator and clutch must be sprung to return to fully closed position. Brake pedal should return due to brake line pressure. Pedals should stand slightly back from horizontal (as seen in Fig.6) and should be spaced evenly. Pedals should travel smoothly from the upright position to a stop on the pedal box (bear in mind that the brake pedal must have an over-travel switch). Brake Cylinders Must create two output pressures, one for front and one for rear brakes. Two cylinders can be used, or a double ended master cylinder with two hydraulic chambers. These can face towards or away from the driver. Facing them towards would give more legroom, however a false floor would then be required (to be designed by the student). Accelerator Pedal Must have a stop before it reaches the cable limit, more details can be found in the rule book. Brake Pedal The brake pedal must be able to withstand 2000N of force. Fig.6
