Stakeholder Engagement and Resource Allocation Project manager communication and stakeholder engagement Human resource allocation and management

The analysis of the case should include an evaluation of the project manager's management of team members, resources, conflict, and engagement with project stakeholders. The analysis should be a minimum of 750 words and should include at least two references.
