software programs (Smartdraw, Lucid Chart, Visio etc.) that allows you to graphically represent the online purchase of a product using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Instructions: Using the process elements listed below (plus any other elements that you believe could be used to optimise the online purchase), create a simple Process Flow Diagram. Your diagram

must show: 1. The correct sequence of the steps and flow linkages 2. Identify where decisions will occur and chart the flow of options
