​​Question :Individual Development Plan This is an individual exercise in which you will make and submit an individual development plan (IDP). Requirement Using the information provided in lesson 10 and the IDP used by your company, used by your agency, or your own form, develop your IDP. Your plan may include the completion of your ASCM degree and any other courses such as Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) training courses for the acquisition career field and any continuous learning you think would contribute to your job performance. The plan should reflect your career and professional development goals.
