Length: Production of detailed diagram and simple descriptive narrative (500 words)
Due: Sunday of Week 5 at 1155pm (2355) - Submitted through Turnitin
Description: You are to create a process Flow Chart using one of the commercially available
software programs (Smartdraw, Lucid Chart, Visio etc.) that allows you to graphically represent the
online purchase of a product using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
Instructions: Using the process elements listed below (plus any other elements that you believe
could be used to optimise the online purchase), create a simple Process Flow Diagram. Your diagram
must show:
1. The correct sequence of the steps and flow linkages
2. Identify where decisions will occur and chart the flow of options
3. Identify where information will need to be communicated and stored
