Write a 3 page paper, on a controversial topic relating to legalization of marijuana. The paper should include minimum of two references from journals in addition to your text. References need to be from 2005 to present. Wikipedia or similar sources and the dictionary will not count as a reference. Additionally, at least one reference must be from a personal interview from a professional person in the field (counselor, physician, social worker, psychologist etc...)Reference must include both side of the controversy.
