Keeping a positive mindset is of prime importance for you to focus on your entrepreneurial goals and work hard toward achieving them. Entrepreneurial mindset refers to a specific state of mind which orientates human conduct towards entrepreneurial activities and outcomes. Individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets are often drawn to opportunities, innovation and new value creation. Personal characteristics such as a sense of initiative, the inherent need for achievement, risk propensity, self-efficacy, and resilience are all necessary for young people; they provide a foundation for innovative business start-ups, improve their employability, and enhance their greater role in society. It is highly possible that students at universities are currently being trained for jobs or careers that will not exist in twenty years time, and that the careers that will exist then, have not been invented yet. Reforming our education system to the needs ofthe ever changing global market is necessary to enable young people to develop creativity, critical thinking, curiosity and the capacity to innovate as well as apply their knowledge to the real-world situations. - Why is the behaviour important ? Behavior attracts more crowd than beauty. Behavior is what makes people gentle and sober and behavior is what makes us human. It's one quality that they have developed that throws us in the good light no matter what position they hold in the society or how rich they are. It is something that is appreciated and encouraged by everyone because that's what holds us together. When someone doesn't show a good attitude towards you or doesn't know how to behave properly, surely people wouldn't like to be around such people. they don't need people who would pull them down or treat them in anyway less than how they deserve to be treated. Behaviour is important as it shapes our personality and helps us in building a good character. People develop the skills of good communication and learn how to maintain the decor of the room whilst being with another hundreds or thousands of people in a room. People actually learn to presenttheirself in a better way for the other person to understand you and for you to be able to understand him/her. When people behave properly, people would actually want to be around us because that would make them feel comfortable and they would open up and share their thoughts and opinions with us. It simply gets you to be a better person. ● What are the consumer business and government imperatives? - rudmila - What are the priorities for consumers, business, and government individually?
