QUESTION 1 Write TWO short reviews of any TWO research articles taken from relevant IT journals. Your paper should address the following items: • Elaborate the questions the author/s pose, problems that the author intends to solve, and the final objective of the research [ 5 marks per review] • Elaborate the method that the author/s employed to do [ 5 marks per review] • What conclusion/result were derived from the research [ 5 marks per review] A three to four pages of review will suffice for each article. [TOTAL = 30 marks] QUESTION 2 Assuming you are conducting an ICT research on your own selected title (you can email your Academic Facilitator to discuss the suitability of the title). You must clearly identify the methodology chosen for your research - either it will be a quantitative, qualitative or experimental research. Write a report to document the following: • Search for at least FIVE (5) articles that form the background to your research. Write brief summary of each of these research. Reference each article properly using either an MLA or APA referencing format. [15 marks] • Based on your reading of the above articles, justify the needs to conduct the research you are proposing. Outline and discuss 3 objectives of your research. [8 marks] • Describe the research method you choose to conduct the research and the reason why you think the chosen method is the most appropriate for your research? [3 marks] • Identify your research questions or hypothesis. [4 marks] • Depending on your chosen method, develop either the questionnaire or the interview questions use to address/answer your research question. [10 marks] • Describe how you choose your respondent. Who are they? How do you motivate them to provide you with the information you needed?
