Question 1 – 300 words
For question 1, it is your opinion. Answer yes or no and then explain why, how, justify.
First part of the question: What do I think?
If you say yes or no for the second part of the question, explain WHY (This is the current strategy, this is what the competition does, this is what the should be doing)
Say if I think it’s a good strategy or not and JUSTIFY
Maybe do a chart and expose the pros and cons?
Second part of the question: Maybe a table? About effectiveness, innovation, etc.
Would probably not need to cite outside sources because it’s a lot about personal opinion
Exhibits from case study might be useful (Stats)
Not sure about this statement: Case study says it focuses on tent strategy, is it really true? Actually case study says that but in reality Disney focuses on existing properties. (Not sure it’s true, check)
Question 2 – 400 words
For question 2, make a table with the different studios, define each aspects, etc.? This question: you understood the problem, explain further.
Different aspects: Marvel is more for mature audiences (superheros, actions, etc.) when Disney animation is more for kids (no violence, no sex, etc.) but both are entertainment.
It’s a more strategic question.
Bring sources of ideas (business strategies, etc.) from other references.
Very broad question
First part of the question:
Journey mapping (Stage 1, 2, 3, etc.) – Define each stage and how they’re executed in each studios (1 table for film development and 1 table for marketing process)
Then says if it’s effective or not
Second part of the question:
What are the risks? Definitions. What is the current strategy? What returns can they expect? How are return optimised or risks minimised – what’s the strategy?

Question 3 – 300 words
For question 3, about culture (behaviour?). Maybe just pick 1 studio to describe culture (because only 1,000 words)
Comprehension exercise: What is culture? Definition of culture and organizational culture/behaviour.
Define the kind of culture in Disney
Don’t forget examples taken from the case study
