One of the best service restaurant that I ever experience are Ohmmps Café which located at Taman Desa and its not an average café that we normally visit, hence what so special on this café that let me rate it as the best service restaurant that I had ever experience were this café were mainly focus on health and fitness concern, this café owner were a gym lover and he told me that nowadays people have no knowledge about general diet plan and eventually he did observe that there higher chance people will tend to give up halfway through their diet plan due to can’t see the result. Hence, this café they did provide a service like customer can consult them for a better advise on what they should consume when they on diet and they will prepare the lunch set with different nutrition for customer.
Furthermore, for the level of involvement to consume in this restaurant is low due to it does not require any joining fees. Hence, consumer can choose their own decision if they feel the service that they provide is effective than they can choose to continue to purchase from them and if they are not satisfy with their service, consumer can just stop purchase and choose the alternative way. Moreover, for this business that contribute to consumer is low involvement due to its take no risk for consumer to try their diet plan and compare to other nutrition industry that involve in taking pills for diet plan which is high involvement for consumer due to taking pills is a risky situation and consumer will never know what going happen for long term and is there side effect of taking pills for diet plan. Thus, it’s properly expensive for consumer to buy pills to involve in diet plan (Marketing and strategy terms, 2016). Furthermore, according to TNN that mention food rules make the changes to our diet to lose weight and get a healthy life style (TNN,2015) so compare to other nutrition company this café will just use natural food sources as their main sources which gain the trust from consumer and its cheaper compare to consume nutrition.
Other than that, flower of service will be the circumstances that influences in this service encounter. Basically flower of service is about facilitating service which needed for service and in help for the use of the core product and enhancing supplementary service which to enhance extra value for the customer. Furthermore in this situation it’s involve in both service and one of the flower of service involve in this service are information which is by supplementary services that facilitate purchase and use by telling customer. For the café I had choose which they encounter in prices, reminders and condition of services, prices that they charge is reasonable and its beneficial for consumer who plan for diet, for reminders the staff that work in café will try inform customer after they purchase their meal like inform them by giving motivation, besides that about their condition of service which they also provide a preparation meal and delivery to people who order from them. Furthermore, about their enhancing service they do involve in consultation, like some of the customer they do ask for advice in their diet plan and the staff willing to share which meal is best suit for them and beside that they will also ask customer to join their class in gym in order to help customer to reach their result faster.
Furthermore, about the decision making process involve in this café is not include every steps but decision making process is to identifying the decision, gathering information and assessing resolutions. Hence it total have 7 steps involve in decision making process but in this situation for this café its only involve few due to it’s not high involvement products so consumer will not take a long time to consider and it’s not risky to consume those product so it only involve in few steps like identify the decision which is consumer will make a decision and to clarify the decision they made due to the first step is important, than it will involve in gather relevant information which to help consumer for in depth information for decision they had made so consumer will either find information through external or internal. After that consumer will take action which is they will consume the product to try, hence after consume the product they will move to the next step which is last step of decision making process and it is review the decision that they made, this step will help consumer to identify the repeat purchase process if they satisfy and if they not, they will evaluate the criteria (Umass, 2016).
Furthermore, one of the feature in the café are the staff if you have any problem regards to your work out plan and diet plan, feel free to ask them and they willing to share the solution with the consumer. Hence, when I pay a visit on last month there and there a bunch of high school student hanging out there while consuming their meal set and the owner of café just join them sharing the work out plan like what they should do in order to get in shape or to get better result. Thus this café actually to help people to change their lifestyle due to most of the people were afraid to take the first step out to try something new and the café owner wanted to help people to get the confidence back on track and not afraid to try something new. Last but not least about their café ambience, the main colour is grey and there some plant, handmade lightning set besides that they do also have some work out material in their café, the reason to have it in their café are consumer can share their technique workout in the café and while consumer is too stress doing research on the café they can do some work out just to refresh their mind set. According to Men’s health, guys with high cardio, physical activity will have less stress due to they are prepared to tackle a packed to-do list (Christina Sgobba, 2014).
